    Payroll Assistant - Albuquerque, NM

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc, is seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our Administrative team.  The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for weekly employee payroll and associated reports and filings which require the Payroll Assistant to have a strong accounting background and experience with Sage 100 Contractor’s payroll system.

     

    This is a full time, in the office position where the Payroll Assistant would be helping process the weekly payroll and associated reports.  Interested candidates should submit their resume with a one-page cover letter addressing why they feel like they would be a good candidate for the position.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting in the processing of weekly payroll for approximately 100-150 employees
    • Keep organized payroll records
    • Payroll tax Reporting by required deadlines
    • Create payroll reports for management
    • Report Certified Payroll/Apprenticeship Compliance Statements
    • Create and file Union Reports
    • Update status changes like promotions and transfers in the payroll system
    • Coordinate with Project Managers for accurate timesheet information
    • Assist in audits for compliance
    • Processing new hires

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Sage 100 Contractor Payroll Experience Required
    • Degree/Experience in Accounting/Payroll Preferred
    • Familiar with payroll processes and related legislation in New Mexico and Colorado

    • Ability to prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills

    Estimator – Albuquerque, NM

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    McDade-Woodcock, Inc. wants to expand our team by hiring a full time Electrical Estimator.  The overall duties of an Electrical Estimator are to estimate the cost of potential projects, which may include making site visits, and provide cost breakdowns and scope letters to include with the bids.

    • Upload/Submit Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ)
